Arts & Sciences Display

Monday, August 9th

Greetings to all Artisans and Craftspeople in the Known World from Dame Catriona MacDuff, Coordinator of the Pennsic 39 Arts and Sciences Display:

This year marks the thirteenth anniversary of the A&S Display at Pennsic. Artisans from all Kingdoms are invited to showcase their projects, without the pressure of a competitive atmosphere.

Times

The Arts & Sciences Display is held in the barn, behind the camp store.

Drop-off of entries will begin at 8 am, and the Display will be open to the public from 9 am - 3 pm.

Pick-up of entries will be from 3 - 4 pm. Anything not picked up at this time will be turned over to Lost and Found and can be retrieved there.

Registration

All persons displaying are requested to fill out one form per item to be displayed. The form will provide basic information for each item displayed, including some space for documentation.

Pre-registering is strongly encouraged. This will give us an idea of how many people are participating, as well as the space required. This will also save you time on the day of the Display.

On-line pre-registration: Please use the on-line form to register by July 10th.

Pre-registration at Pennsic: Please come to A&S Point (see map) to fill out a form prior to the day of the Display.

Those who register on-line or at Pennsic will be served with a special Express Check-in Line on the day of the display.

At-the-door registration: Anyone signing up on the day of the Display will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows.

I look forward to seeing you at the Display and seeing the results of your artistic efforts!

In Service to the Arts, I remain Yours,

Dame Catriona MacDuff, OL, OP
A&S Display Coordinator
