DAYS OF PUBLIC SAFETY

The Watch

The Watch (previously known as Public Safety) is located at the corner of Dragon Trace and Brewer’s Road, opposite from Troll (see map).

Our goal is help you have a safe and enjoyable war. While we are not a police force, we are here to assist you with traffic and parking, lost and found, missing children, and general event safety.

Duke Michael of Bedford
Deputy Mayor of The Watch

Parking

Please read and follow the site rules and in particular the traffic and parking policies contained in the Pennsic book. Your consideration is appreciated.

Volunteers

All gentles 18 or older are encouraged to volunteer for the Watch. We need Shift Commanders, Dispatch Officers, and Cart Patrols. (There will be no foot patrols this year.) When you come to sign up, please bring your medallion and your driver’s license (for cart waivers). Bring a friend, spend 3 or 4 hours on a golf cart and help out with the war.

Kingdom or Household sponsored shifts/days of Public Safety

Show your kingdom or household spirit by volunteering together for a shift or day on the Watch.
