Tent Rental Deliveries

In order for a tent rental company to put up a tent for you, the delivery must be registered with the Off-Site Vendor Coordinator (OVC).

Once Land Grab is complete on Saturday, July 31, off-site vendors may begin setting up individual sleeping tents, but only if the delivery has been pre-registered with the Off-Site Vendor Coordinator. Tents can be set up between the hours of 9 am - 6 pm.
