The Toast Heard 'round the War!

A resolution by Their Royal Majesties of the Midrealm and the East: Let us, every one, prepare a vessel of libation, to be held aloft at 8 pm on Wednesday of War after the great activities of the day are concluded and before the excitement of Midnight Madness takes hold;

Then, let a cannon be fired so all may hear;

Then, let all of the assembled in attendance at Pennsic; Noble and Gentle, member and guest, every person of every station; shout a cheer of “Vivat! Vivat! Vivat!” (Followed by a healthy quaff of the aforementioned libation) so that all may hear and all will know that we are thankful to the Pennsic staff, the Coopers, and the Kingdom of Æthelmearc;

Finally, let us, everyone, remember the Toast Heard ‘round the War, so that it is repeated every year.
