I am looking forward to meeting many of you at Pennsic, and hope you will attend the meetings I will be holding:
A meeting with the Society Deputy for Family and Youth Programs. This is for parents, children, youth, teens, local groups' Youth Officers, Seneschals and the populace, to answer your questions about society policies regarding minors, paperwork, and youth projects. We want to hear your ideas, concerns, and suggestions. We will also be talking about plans for the future. Everyone is welcome!
A joint meeting of the Society Youth & Family Council, and Kingdom Youth Officers and Deputies (Regional, Principality, Page School)
A meeting of Kingdom Youth Officers and Deputies (Regional, Principality, Page School).
A meeting of the members of the SCA Youth & Family Council
We have a lot of projects in the near future and we need your help. We will be creating a Society Youth Officer Handbook, a Handbook for Families, a Society Youth and Families website with lots of information and resources, and much, much more.
There is a Society Youth Forum Yahoo group. I hope you will join this group and be active in the discussions and sharing of resources and ideas.
I look forward to meeting you and hearing your thoughts and ideas!
