Description of what you do:
(Please also note any special requirements)

We can supply tables and chairs, and (limited) electricity. Some options, like Fire Pits, are highly limited and regulated. Please email us if you need to discuss details.

If you will be using any heat source, for any reason, in your demonstration you are required to list it below. A staff member will contact you for details and to ensure safety arrangements. You must have pre-approval for any heat source.

THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE, primarily due to the condition of the tents. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld, but lack of pre-approval will result in the immediate termination of your demonstration!

I will be using a heat source in my demonstration:
(such as: propane stove, candles, hot plate, oil lamp, kerosene lantern, torch, electric kiln, propane or butane flame, hand-held hair dryer)
