Service Animal Registration Form

All service animals must be checked in at Troll by the Service Animal Liaison. The Liaison will be available from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm; please plan to arrive during these hours.

To speed your check-in, please fill in this registration form before you leave for Pennsic.

The ADA rule defines "service animal" as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. We do not allow animals in training, only fully trained service animals.

Dogs that are not trained to perform tasks that mitigate the effects of a disability, including dogs that are used for emotional support, are NOT service animals.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices.

In as much as all service animals are required to be housebroken, you are required to clean up after your animal promptly.

If it is brought to our attention that your animal is not in compliance with the ADA rules, you may be asked to remove your animal.

Please contact the Disability Services Coordinator if you have any questions.
