Middle Eastern Arts and Dance

Tahiat al'asdiqa',

Namaste all! I am so excited to invite all to dance, sing, and play within the new Middle Eastern tent. Come share community, knowledge, laughter and friendship both new and renewed

I hope that the promise of an amazing dance floor and beautiful wall hangings will help to complete this space for a memorable year. Join us for Haflas and classes, or just enjoy the atmosphere!

Please remember to bring water with you, as we can not supply enough water for everyone.

I will do my best to set up, but if you have time, please come out and lend a hand to break down and pack up into the "new to us" trailer. I would truly appreciate any assistance you can give throughout Pennsic. All help and support is welcome!

Again this year I will have the communication book, so feel free to comment and ask questions. I will answer all questions so please check back! Last year we spoke of wall hangings and we have had some created just for us! Let's continue to create an amazing, respectful welcoming community for all with all of our diversity and talents!

we have a Facebook presence, please join us at Pennsic Middle Eastern Activities.

Yours in service and friendship,

Mistress Baroness Kis Maria

The Middle Eastern tent is located on the Great Middle Highway, across from Runestone Park (see map).

We have many Middle Eastern activities scheduled, although they will not all appear in the Pennsic Guide, so PLEASE check the online Pennsic University schedule, and the updated schedule at Pennsic.

Due to the needs of each class some of our classes will be held in the Pennsic University tents as well as the Middle Eastern tent, Bog University, Merchant areas, and private camps. Double check class locations as well as times.

If you are inspired, please sign up to share your passion! Space is available on a first-come first-served basis, so please put in your classes ASAP!
