Volunteering at Pennsic

Volunteer Coordinator:

Master Thomas Damion Blackmoore, called Cip

The Pennsic War is run completely by volunteers. Some spend many hours preparing and setting up things before War begins. There are also many, many tasks that need to be done during the two weeks of Pennsic. My task is to match volunteers with areas in Pennsic that can use your talents and services.

Volunteer Point at Pennsic

We are located inside the Town Hall, and will be open from 9 am to 2 pm daily from Friday, July 31 to Thursday, August 9.

Locations with open shifts are posted everyday on a whiteboard outside of Town Hall, as well as on the Pennsic War Facebook page. After hours, please fill out a card with your contact information and your list of skills, talents, and interests. This will allow us to suggest volunteer locations that will best suit you.

Volunteer Now! Volunteer Often!

You can sign up before Pennsic to volunteer: Use our on-line Volunteer Form to let us know what positions you would like to learn more about. If you know which department you are interested in, please contact that department or go there during Pennsic to sign up.

Thank you for all of your help in making the Pennsic War a success!
