Greetings to the populace of Pennsic 52
We currently have 120 people with paid pre-registrations where their landgroup is listed in one of the following 3 categories:
Landgroup Not Listed
Not Filled In
Individual Camping
Anyone still in those categories once pre-registration ends will be placed in Singles camping (Individual Camping). This means if they were actually intending to be in group X, group X will not receive the land allocation for them… even if group x decides to let them camp there.
If you are a merchant who is camping staying in your merchant area, you can choose the “MERCHANT” landgroup. If you are someone who is camping in a confirmed registered RV spot, you can choose the landgroup “RV Camping”.
If it is your intent to camp singles, you are all set, no additional action is needed.
However, there is limited time. Please to go to the Pennsic Registration site

Log in there and you should be able to view / Edit your pre-registration to select the land group you are camping with.
PLEASE NOTE: All those who are camping with registered groups are expected to have contacted / have permission of the land agent for their group. The land agent for any given group has the right to determine who can or can not camp with them.
Land agents who discover an unknown / unauthorized person pre-registered to their group should email DMLand@pennsicwar.org right away.
ALSO NOTE: Pennsic does not have room to place singles campers before Sunday, July 27, 2025. This is because singles camping space is determined based on the final maps from land grab, and requires about a day to process. This means we do not actually have the singles maps to figure out what land is open for singles camping until that date, and we can not place singles where they would interfere with registered groups Thus, singles campers who attempt to show up Friday the 25th or Saturday the 26th will be asked to return Sunday the 27th.
