REMINDER TO ALL Land Agents, Proxies, On-Site Reps
All, a quick reminder.. a person’s name WILL NOT APPEAR in the dropdown list for Proxy or On Site Representative unless they have fully created and completed their land.pennsicwar.org account
1) they must create an account
2) they must provide / update their contact info
NOTE if they have an account already they must log in each year to confirm their contact info AND…
3) they must attest that they have read the rules EACH YEAR
When you log on to an existing account that is not complete due to not having attested about reading the rules, you will see a page with a link telling you that you must attest that you read them…
If you’re not seeing your Proxy or On Site Rep in the dropdown list, make sure they know they need to go and fill this out / update it THIS YEAR…
Also note you do not need to (in fact you CAN NOT) set yourself as On site rep or proxy.
The idea for OSR/Proxy is it is used when someone other than the land agent is designated.

You can update your on site rep any time – even after land grab is done and in the middle of Pennsic. When you need to leave site for more than just a town run – you must have a designated on site rep for your group.
PROXY is only applicable to land grab itself. You may update your proxy to NONE or select someone any time up until Wednesday, July 23, 2025
After that it’s emergency proxy process (detailed in the land announcements on the land site)
Please be aware: If you set a proxy it means that person is the only person authorized to represent your group at land grab (check in, pick up camp auth form and parking passes, sign off on map etc) – if you set a proxy they replace you for that purpose – it’s not an Either or thing – a proxy means someone else is doing the job for you at Land grab., and that you are not.. Full stop. The event staff will have a list and will strictly enforce who may enter the parking before noon. If you somehow get past that and you attempt to check in as land agent but your group has a proxy set, the land check-in / PMAP staff will be directed to stop and send you to Land One. (I hate to even have to bring this up but every year we have a few land agents who attempt to game the system in this way and it will lead to delays and possible sanctions – just please don’t even try)
