“An important update from Cooper’s Lake regarding policies and procedures for deliveries during Pennsic.
There have been a few notable updates to the policies regarding deliveries to participants while at Pennsic, which are summarized below. All parties are strongly encouraged to review the official rules in their entirety here:
As in previous years, deliveries arriving on site from commercial services (e.g., Amazon, UPS, etc.) will be accepted at the Merchant Office located across from Watch Point, in between there and the food court. These items will be held at the Merchant Office for pick up by attendee recipients. There are, however, several updates which we are sharing at this time. (Please note, these are Coopers Lake Campground changes and we are sharing them for awareness.)
First, deliveries for non-merchants will incur a $2.00 handling fee payable to Coopers Lake when you pick up your item from the Merchant Office. (Delivery of items directly to an attendee off site or at a gate to the site will not incur this fee.)
Second, the Merchant Office will not accept or hold deliveries which contain perishable items. You will be required to pick up/meet your delivery of any perishable item either off site or at a prearranged gate to the site to accept the delivery directly.
Third, deliveries will only be accepted while the Merchant Office is open (that is, between 9AM and 5PM). Deliveries outside of these times will be turned away for re-delivery later.
Again, we urge everyone to plan ahead and make sure you have read all of the pertinent rules and policies around deliveries while at Pennsic.”
Thanks
