Camping with a group w/o pre-reg

If you have a land group that is allowing you to camp with them despite not pre registering with them:
When you are at registration (formerly called Troll / Trolling in) you update your landgroup listing to point to the ACTUAL CAMP you’re camping with (This is a safety issue – so we could find you in case of emergency)
This WILL NOT allocate any extra land to your group – that time has long passed. This is just so staff / EMS can find you in an emergency. (if something happened to your car etc.)
If that is the case you can go through registration any time after noon Friday July 25.
If you are ACTUALLY camping singles, do not arrive before Sunday the 27th.
This is because our singles camping maps are made up of space left over after registered groups have signed off on their maps, and that process is not trulyl complete until every group is accounted for (All groups MUST check in by Friday July 25 before 9pm)
We then review those numbers and create the singles map needed to know where singles space is actually available.. that map does not exist before Sunday the 27th and therefore no singles campers may set up before then.
This also covers the situation where you are day-tripping in to Pennsic either as a local or staying in a hotel or campground in the area.. if you do not need singles space then the “you may not arrive before the 27th” does not apply
Also just because SOMEONE will “what about” this: If you are planning on camping singles but need to arrive before Sunday the 27th and say .. you’re staying in a local hotel or other campground until singles is avablble you could gate in (pay your fees / sign your waiver / get your medallion) any time but you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SET UP IN SINGLES CAMPING UNTIL SUNDAY THE 27th
