There are two bus routes at Pennsic: the Main Loop and the West (B-block/Archery) Loop. The routes and the transfer points between them are indicated on the campground map.
Buses operate 8 am—9 pm, from Tuesday, July 28 through Friday, August 7.
Three different buses will be running during Pennsic. Please note their schedules:
- The Accessible bus has a wheelchair lift. On July 28, it runs on the Main Loop only.
- From July 29— August 7, it covers both the Main and West Loops.
- The Main Loop bus runs from July 28 —Tuesday, August 4.
- The West Loop bus runs from Wednesday, July 29—Thursday, August 6.
You can track the locations of the three buses by going to https://www.pennsicwar.org/transportation/buses/. The locations will be updated in the trackers every 3 minutes.
For everyone’s safety, pedestrians and vehicles are asked to PLEASE GET OUT OF THE WAY OF THE BUSES. Parked vehicles that block bus routes are subject to immediate towing.
During past wars, we have nearly lost bus service because of parked cars blocking the bus routes, or pedestrians who do not allow buses to pass. This is especially a problem on the narrow roads in the Bog. If bus service is to continue, please be considerate and move out of the way of the bus.to immediate towing.
