An important update from Cooper’s Lake regarding policies and procedures for deliveries during Pennsic.
There have been a few notable updates to the policies regarding deliveries to participants while at Pennsic, which are summarized below. All parties are strongly encouraged to review the official rules in their entirety here:
As in previous years, deliveries arriving on site from commercial services (e.g., Amazon, UPS, etc.) will be accepted at the Merchant Office located across from Watch Point, in between there and the food court. These items will be held at the Merchant Office for pick up by attendee recipients. There are, however, several updates which we are sharing at this time. (Please note, these are Cooper’s Lake Campground changes and we are sharing them for awareness.)
First, deliveries for non-merchants will incur a $2.00 handling fee payable to Cooper’s Lake when you pick up your item from the Merchant Office. (Delivery of items directly to an attendee off site or at a gate to the site will not incur this fee.)
Second, the Merchant Office will not accept packages with perishable goods. Any perishable deliveries must be delivered directly to recipient outside of the site or at a pre-arranged gate.
Third, all deliveries must be made during Merchant Office Business hours (9am and 5pm). Deliveries arriving other than during these hours will be turned away for re-delivery the next day.
Again, we urge everyone to plan ahead and make sure you have read all of the pertinent rules and policies around deliveries while at Pennsic.
