Good morning from Sunny Pennsic!

A few notes from Accessibility.

1) If you need charging for a medically necessary device (eg CPAP, CGM, mobility scooter etc) we have options for you to charge your device at Pennsic. This is coordinated through accessibility assistance. Each device must be displaying a tag from accessibility or it may be unplugged. If we keep finding devices plugged in we may remove them from charging and they can be retrieved from accessibility assistance later.

2) Accessibility assistance will be located in the Great Hall during land grab on Friday 25th of July from 8am through 5pm. Saturday July 26th – Friday August 8th accessibility assistance is located in the Town Hall near the Coopers Store.

3) N block charging has 22 outlets NOT 16 as originally informed. This means that if you want N block and you got another location you may be able to get your first choice. Talk to us at check in, we may have space where you want it.

4) We have a larger tent at the Great Hall, this means that we can accommodate more scooters.

5) Service animal check-in hours and locations. Due to changes in the registration tent service animal check-in will now be located in the town hall from 9 am to 5 pm!

These changes have been made in response to the increased demand that we noted at these locations. We will continue to monitor charging use and adapt accordingly.
