Trailers without license plates should be labeled with the following information for identification purposes:
- Responsible party’s medallion number
- Responsible party’s group/camp name
- Responsible party’s block
A card inside a ziplock bag for “weather proofing” affixed to the trailer license plate holder should be sufficient for purposes of the event staff, but if something happens to a trailer without a plate, and the trailer is towed to a safer location (shifting landscape in the presence of an unexpected quantity of mud, etc.), staff will need a way to notify the owner/responsible party that their equipment was moved.
