MEDIA POLICY
A gentle reminder to those gentles who seek to record their memories for posterity. Pennsic War has a Media Policy, and the rules apply to all who wish to film, photograph, and record on site during the event. A quick summation of a key point for those who wish to film and those who wish to avoid being filmed: Consent to film is ASSUMED in public areas of Pennsic, but consent must be explicitly obtained from all participants when filming in private areas, not limited to, but including group encampments, as outlined in the Pennsic War Media policy.
ACCESSIBILITY CHARGING STATIONS
The Accessibility Charging Stations are only to be used by those who have registered to charge their medical devices with Accessibility Services. Any devices that are not tagged from Accessibility Services will be unplugged.
Anyone that is charging with the appropriate tags, please be mindful of being there during your assigned timeslot and remove your devices in a timely manner to make room for the next timeslot. Scooters, especially, can not be in the tents outside of their assigned time slot as the space is extremely limited. We want to be respectful to all who need the space so everyone can charge appropriately.

If you wish an announcement posted, bring it to the Town Crier Coordinator’s office in the Town Hall, 9 am-4 pm daily, or email it to townhall@pennsicwar.org. Landscape format is preferred. Please do NOT post announcements to signboards yourself. Unauthorized additions will be removed.
