Traffic and Parking Enforcement is a critical part of Event Safety. They help ensure vehicles are safely operated, and more critically, parked in a manner in compliance with both the spirit and intent of the event rules.

Parking Enforcement’s primary function is to oversee and enforce the Parking and Traffic rules. Please take a moment to FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL THE RULES concerning Traffic, Parking, the Parking Lot, and Towing in this Guide and online prior to the event.

ROAD CLOSURES: Conditions at the site are variable and highly contingent on weather conditions. If roads or parking lots become impassable, it may become necessary to restrict traffic in certain parts of the site.  In those cases, notification will be provided online via the Pennsic War website.  In addition, markers and indicators may be posted on roads and in parking areas to inform attendees. If roads or parking areas are closed, please do not operate vehicles in those areas except in emergencies.

TOWING: Please read the Site Rules about Towing!  Vehicles which are improperly parked or are in violation of any site rule or site policy are subject to immediate towing without any prior notice.

If your vehicle has been towed: The Watch maintains a list of all towed vehicles and which towing company is holding the vehicle. If you need contact information for the company, please contact  The Watch.

If your vehicle breaks down or is stuck in the middle of a road or packing area, notify the Watch immediately to avoid being towed.
