Battlefield Pavilions

The Battlefield Pavilion Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the various Kingdom battlefield tents arrive in the location as desired, however the priority is Kingdom tents and then associated Baronial presences, and then all others. Please have your representative complete the form at Battlefield Pavilion Space Request. If they are unable to utilize the form or if you are on-site at Pennsic and need to request space then, please contact Dame Hadley, the battlefield pavilion coordinator at bfpavilions@pennsicwar.org or at the battlefield inspection point. We will be taking requests until July 1, 2025. All tents/pavilions need to be approved prior to setting them up on the battlefield.

During Pennsic – If you pre-registered to put a tent/pavilion on the Battlefield, or if you need to make arrangements to have one there, please visit the Battlefield Inspection Tent and ask for Baroness Hadley, Battlefield Pavilion Coordinator; or email bfpavilions@pennsicwar.org.

All tents/pavilions on the battlefield must have a tent ID tag with the name and camping location of the owner. This is mostly for your protection and that of your belongings if it becomes necessary to drop a tent for any reason. Tags are issued by the Battlefield Pavilion Coordinator.

Reminder: No vehicle is allowed anywhere on the battlefield area without a Battlefield pass issued by the Battlefield Pavilion Coordinator or one of the Martial staff.
